HAPPI HOLIST – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to happiholist.com (the “Site”), operated by Happi Holist LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

If you do not agree, please do not access the Site or use our services.

 

 

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

To shop with us, you must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have parental consent.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature.

Violation of any Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

 

 

2. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Happi Holist uses third-party print-on-demand providers (including Printify and their partners) to fulfill and ship orders. As such:

  • Products are made-to-order and shipped directly from partner facilities

  • We do not stock inventory or handle product fulfillment in-house

  • Delays, defects, or order issues may be subject to investigation with the fulfillment partner before resolution

We do our best to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.

 

 

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

  • Returns are accepted only for misprints, damage, or wrong items

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion based on evidence

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or address entry errors.

 

 

4. ACCOUNT & BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information at checkout. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per order or per customer

  • Cancel or refund orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies

 

 

5. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PRICING

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and offerings may change at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of services or items.

 

 

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

This site may link to third-party websites or provide access to tools over which we have no control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Use them at your own discretion.

 

 

7. PRIVACY
