HAPPI HOLIST – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective: June 9, 2025

At Happi Holist, each product is made-to-order using trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or address entry errors. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we’re here to make it right if something’s gone wrong.

Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests only for:

  • Misprinted items

  • Defective products

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item received

These issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please review our size guides before ordering)

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

 


 

📸 How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email support@happiholist.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]” and include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Your order number and email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and confirm if the item qualifies for a reprint or refund. Unapproved returns sent to our fulfillment partners will not be accepted.

 


 

Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
