HAPPI HOLIST – SHIPPING POLICY

Effective: June 9, 2025

At Happi Holist, every product is made-to-order through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This allows us to reduce waste and support more sustainable production — but it also means our shipping timelines and processes differ slightly from traditional retailers.

 


 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

 


 

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times within the U.S. (after fulfillment):

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Rural or PO Box deliveries: May take longer

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods may impact delivery.

 


 

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. Expansion is on our horizon — stay tuned!

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment at any time.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 7 business days of your order, email us at support@happiholist.com.

 


 

Address Requirements

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or non-standardized addresses may be delayed or canceled. We do not validate addresses before shipping.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.

 


 

PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to U.S. PO Boxes! But keep in mind:

  • Larger items may not fit

  • Express delivery is not available

  • Carrier delays are more common

If a package is returned to us due to a PO Box issue, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).

 


 

Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your item:

  1. Double-check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or leasing office.

  2. Contact the carrier directly (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

  3. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

While we do our best to assist, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
